Attention all Elementary Girl Basketball Players!
◾️In this post you will find two things:
1. A video with descriptions and demonstrations of drills to help build the fundamental skills you will need to succeed at the Junior High and High School level.
2. A packet with all drills demonstrated in the video. Each drill has a description and time/amount you will need to complete.
◽️Jill Kegg & Aleesa Smith have put together a packet that is meant for all girls who are interested in becoming the best basketball player they can be. Directions for how many times to complete and a chart to track your progress is all provided. The video will explain all drills to you if you are unsure of any.
🔸Remember!!! If you put the effort forth to complete this packet, you are working while someone else is not!
▪️Lastly, a great place to work on this summer packet is our Elementary open gyms we will be having. They will be every Wednesday-starting on 6/23 from 1:30-3:00 at Somerset Area High School gym. All girls in grades 1-6 (grade they are entering for the 2021-22 school year) interested in becoming a better basketball player and working on their game are welcome!!
